We are a custom injection molding company known for producing high quality products that meet the needs of our customers. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned. Strategic planning for the growth and success of McDonald Plastic Molding. - Must remain at machine for duration of shift as required except for scheduled break times - Required to perform secondary operations on molded parts to include trimming with knives and/or clippers, use of hand or power tools to separate molded parts from hand loads - Capable of shutting down a machine in an emergency - Clean all auxiliary equipment to include hoppers, grinders and dryers as needed - Identify and understand material tickets - Safely answer alarms on the machine - Shut off water to the mold in case of a large leak - Collect first shots...
