Retail Trading Manager Department: Merchandising: Employment Type: Permanent - Full Time Location: London: Description: We are seeking an enthusiastic, resourceful, hardworking Retail Trading Manager who will grow with the company and add value to our fast growing team. This person will report into the Head of Retail Trader and will Deliver category specific retail sales, profit, and availability KPIs. Responsible for trading stock once it hits a DC, inline with product life cycle. The key interface between Demand Planning and Retail teams. Manages a territory to ensure that retail space and availability is potentialised, and that retail profit is maximised This role may also be known as a Branch Merchandiser in other Retail businesses. Key Responsibilities: We would like to meet someone who is - Feeds into Retail Demand Planning process, making sure retail feedback on product opportunities and department ranging needs are being met - Regularly looking for ways to improve the processes and systems we use for allocations, suggesting improvements where necessary - Planning weekly volumes from the DC into stores, feeding into the supply chain meetings - Manages the flow of stock at bo...
