This is a Mid-Level Management position. Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities : include the following. Other duties may be assigned: Assists in the planning, creating, training in and supervising of the activities/goals/outcomes/services provided in Adult Day Services Group Rooms. Observes and analyzes the individualized needs of the people in Adult Day Services. Coordinate the creation of methodologies, goals/outcomes, services to enhance skills, through the Team process. Helps develop individual plans, and thereafter develop annual (or as frequently as necessary) evaluations of the individuals’ progress and needs.
