About LEFT LANE LEFT LANE Development is a vertically integrated private equity real estate firm focused on the conversion of historic office buildings into luxury multifamily and hospitality assets across high-growth secondary markets. We own and operate two independent hotel brands, Bardo and Recess, and maintain an active development pipeline across Savannah, Memphis, Pittsburgh, Providence, Phoenix, and Bozeman. Our platform manages approximately $225M in assets across multiple funds. About the role: This is a high-visibility role with direct exposure to firm leadership and cross-entity operations. You will work closely with the VP/Controller on the full financial life cycle of active development projects, from construction through stabilization, across a portfolio of complex, multi-entity real estate ventures. The right candidate is detail-oriented, intellectually curious, and genuinely interested in building expertise in real estate development accounting.
