Architectural Compliance Inspector (part time)

Job description

An Architectural Compliance Inspector plays an active role in achieving long-term customer satisfaction in the context of Community Association relationships. Specific responsibilities will vary with designated communities and may include, but are not limited to: Inspecting properties for maintenance, landscaping, safety, and compliance issues and accurately recording findings. This is a PART TIME role working 10:00am to 4:00pm, Monday - Friday. Duties include but are not limited to: - Notify responsible parties of code issues given in writing, by phone, in person and electronically. - Respond to and investigate allegations of violations of codes to determine validity of complaints and the appropriate course of action to mitigate issues. - Investigate and enforce property codes within boundaries. - Schedule and perform systematic property maintenance inspections to maintain or achieve minimum property standards. - Strong proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel (tracking logs, reports, correspondence). - Excellent written and verbal communication skills. - Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task and manage competing priorities. - Demonstrated time management and...
