Also, schedules appointments and performs various clerical duties to assist patients and clinical staff in providing patient care by performing the following duties: SECTION 2: Duties and Responsibilities (Responsibilities necessary to accomplish job functions) Scheduling Coordinator Duties: Coordinates Scheduling department functions to ensure the department is functioning as directed and is administered in accordance with regulations and policies and procedures. Coordinates work schedules and workflow of the department by assigning duties and tasks as directed by the Practice Administrator, to include other duties and tasks not defined on the Scheduler job description.
