The Learning & Development Coordinator will work with the Learning & Development Mgrs, and Site Steering Team to develop and maintain current hourly training materials and track training for all Site Employees. The ideal candidate will have experience in manufacturing and capability to build, coordinate, and facilitate training across all site levels.
