Job Title Logistics manager Job Description: As a Logistics Coordinator within the Services & Solutions Delivery (S&SD) organization, you are responsible for ensuring the smooth and efficient execution of our logistics operations across the Benelux region. You play a key role in connecting processes, systems, and stakeholders, directly contributing to service performance, customer satisfaction, and operational excellence. In addition, you will actively support and drive process improvements and innovative solutions, including the use of data and AI to enhance efficiency. Your role: - Coordinating and managing end-to-end logistics related to our service processes (spare parts, tooling and return flows). - Acting as a key point of contact for logistics escalations, ensuring timely resolution and clear communication to stakeholders. - Collaborating closely with internal stakeholders (Planning team, Field Service Engineers and warehouses) and external logistics partners. - Monitoring KPIs and performance metrics (e.g., stock levels, delivery times, backorders, first-time-right) and translating data into actionable insights. - Proactively identifying and resolving logistics issues, devi...
