We are seeking an experienced Children's Social Worker with extensive experience across the child welfare system to join a local authority in North Yorkshire . The ideal candidate will have a strong background in child protection and court work , ensuring the safety and well-being of children through strength-based interventions with families. You will work within NYC's defined practice model , which is rooted in systemic principles, Signs of Safety, and Family Seeing methodology . Collaboration with multi-agency partners, the child's network, and team colleagues is essential to delivering the best outcomes for children and their families.
