Job Description: An opportunity for an Armament Integration Engineer has arisen within Airbus Defence and Space, Getafe (Madrid). RESPONSIBILITIES: Main Tasks will be related to Development of Armament Systems and Equipment and Armament integration activities in FCAS, including: To identify the activities of the entire life cycle (from concept development, to operational deployment and operations, until retirement) that are necessary to develop a system/product and provide the level of confidence which is consistent with regulation and program requirements. Perform trade-off analysis in order to select the best solution fulfilling the requirements. Validate architecture. Lead analysis (e.g. performance). Define and manage interfaces requirements. To perform Impact analysis for Armament (current and future) integration in FCAS. Size operational aircraft with regard to systems and armament under Airbus Spain responsibility. To define checkpoints and reviews with associated maturity expectation aligned with program phases and gates.
