Description Job Summary: The Food & Beverage Intern is primarily responsible for assisting the Food & Beverage Director in various aspects of the Food & Beverage (F&B) Operations at the Hall of Fame Village. These responsibilities may include opening and closing the Concessions as needed, food prep and production, stocking, assisting in monthly inventory, delivery of products from vendors, working with our third party F&B operators, and training Concession attendants. Essential Job Functions/Responsibilities: - Provide superior guest service to visitors, guests, clients, vendors, and staff. - Responsibility for assisting in administration functions including preparing opening/closing checklists, typing standard operating procedures, and counting inventory. - Responsible for ensuring the quality of foods and services in order to maintain the utmost satisfaction of guests. - Responsible for preparation and presentation of all food items, continuously, ensuring a high level of professional and clean display. - Responsible for greeting guests in a clear, business-like, and respectful manner, generating a positive, enthusiastic, and cooperative environment.
