Supervisor, Operations - (CF Rideau)

Job description

Role impact: To provide assistance in the management of efficient operations of a major Shopping Centre, including small project management, while directing and coordinating the activities of staff and the services provided by architects, consultants, contractors and suppliers. This supervisor role requires to work on site 35 hours per week at CFRideau (not a hybrid role) What you will deliver: - Provide regular feedback in the form of status meetings, objective setting sessions, performance appraisals, coaching and counselling, discipline and the assignment of developmental projects - Manage the activities of all direct reports to ensure the timely achievement of department goals, within prescribed policies, procedures and standard business practices; - Provide regular motivation and mentoring to all staff to encourage ongoing professional development for succession planning purposes. - Hire, train and supervise staff by conducting the hiring process in accordance with all Human Rights requirements, providing the necessary orientation and training and reviewing activities daily to ensure that all staff complete their responsibilities in accordance with CF standards. - Assist in th...
