Sales Inventory and Operations Planning Manager (SI&OP)

Position Summary The SIOP Manager is responsible for leading the Sales, Inventory, and Operations Planning process to ensure alignment across demand, supply, and financial plans. This role drives cross-functional collaboration between Sales, Operations, Supply Chain, Finance, and Engineering to optimize inventory levels, improve forecast accuracy, and support efficient production scheduling. The SIOP Manager plays a key role in ensuring the organization can meet customer demand while maintaining operational efficiency and profitability.
