About the Role As an Operations Manager, you will oversee day‑to‑day site operations and ensure smooth, efficient, and safe workflows across the business. You will coordinate with teams such as Engineering, Logistics, Quality, HR, Finance, and QHSE to deliver strong operational and financial results. This role involves leading people, optimizing processes, supporting continuous improvement, and ensuring that customer expectations are met through reliable operational execution. You will play a key role in aligning people, processes, and technology to achieve long‑term business goals and contribute to a culture of collaboration, safety, and continuous improvement.
