Workplace Experience Intern

Spend your summer helping shape how people connect and build culture at Smartly. In this role, you’ll work across our global offices to understand what makes a great workplace experience—and turn those insights into events, programs, and ideas that bring people together. You’ll gain hands-on experience in event planning, employee experience, and global collaboration, while making a visible impact across the company. What you will do…: - Travel to Smartly offices and connect with employees to learn what makes their workplace experience meaningful - Gather insights and identify opportunities to improve how teams connect and engage in-office - Plan and host summer events and smaller in-office experiences across locations - Help design a scalable approach to social programming across our global offices - Partner with Workplace and Events teams to build and manage event budgets - Coordinate end-to-end event logistics, including scheduling, vendors, and communications - Create and manage swag concepts, from idea through ordering and distribution - Present a final set of recommendations to improve workplace experience at Smartly What we are looking for…: This internship is paid at $20 per...
