Lean Leader PWR-T: ONBOARDING YOU TO THE COMPANY: At Nexans our global vision is to electrify the future. In Power Transmission, this means delivering the world’s longest and most complex HV subsea and land cable systems to connect nations and drive the global energy transition. We deliver EPCI turnkey projects anywhere in the world. This means we have the best tools, equipment and people with competence and skillset to produce, install and service those cables. WELCOMING YOU TO THE TEAM: You will be joining the global PWR-T Lean Leader network, representing Support Functions, primarily Finance, IT/IS, HR, Sales and Tendering The initial network will also include members representing Engineering, Project, Industrial, Installation and STSC. Our team is responsible for driving the Lean implementation within PWR-T. You will work together with your functional sponsor and with the PWR-T Executive Committee to develop a culture of Lean within your organization and to identify and drive opportunities to improve quality, predictability, and simplification within the daily work of the organization.
