Job description

We are pleased to invite a detail-oriented Hotel Accountant to join our team. This role supports the accuracy and integrity of hotel financial operations by ensuring timely and precise reporting of all property revenues. Working closely with management, the Hotel Accountant helps identify discrepancies, improve operational efficiency, and ensure adherence to accounting policies and procedures. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, highly organized, and able to work independently while maintaining accuracy, confidentiality, and strong communication. Qualifications: - Perform all regular accounting tasks during scheduled coverage days, including cash handling, deposit preparation, revenue reconciliation, and accounts payable and accounts receivable. - Communicate any cash shortages or discrepancies to management immediately and assist in resolving issues. - Ensure daily labor reports are created and submitted accurately. - Support compliance with accounting policies and internal controls. - Responsible for timely and accurate semimonthly payroll processing and submission. - Business Administration diploma or equivalent experience. - Strong Excel and accounting software skills. - Kn...
