Environmental, Health & Safety (EHS) Coordinator Location: Cambria, WI. Salary: $70,000 - $85,000/year: At Didion , safety and environmental responsibility go beyond compliance, they’re part of our culture. We’re seeking an EHS Coordinator to help protect our people, strengthen compliance, and drive continuous improvement in a hands-on manufacturing environment. What You’ll Do: Support and improve EHS programs in compliance with OSHA, EPA, DOT, and local regulations Conduct EHS audits, inspections, and risk assessments; document findings and drive corrective actions Plan and deliver safety and environmental training for employees, contractors, and visitors Assist with incident investigations, workers’ compensation, and return-to-work programs Maintain EHS records, reports, and dashboards Participate in Management of Change (MOC) and support programs like LOTO, stormwater, and ergonomics Partner with leaders to promote a proactive, people-first safety culture What You Bring: Bachelor’s degree in Safety, Environmental Health, or related field (or equivalent experience) 2+ years EHS experience; manufacturing experience strongly preferred Working knowledge of OSHA/EPA regulations: Stro...
