Arthrex, a global leader in orthopaedics and medical education, is seeking a Senior SAP SuccessFactors Business Systems Analyst (APAC). This role partners with HR and IT to drive process improvements and manage the design, configuration, testing, and maintenance of SuccessFactors solutions across the region. Profile: - Strong experience in SAP SuccessFactors (Employee Central, Onboarding 2.0, RCM/RMK) - Exposure to HRIS/ERP implementation or optimisation - Knowledge of reporting tools (Story Reports / Power BI) preferred - Experience with AI tools in Talent Acquisition is a plus - Strong stakeholder management, communication, and project management skills - Bachelor’s degree with 5+ years’ experience - Solid understanding of core HR processes What you’ll do: Join a global team dedicated to Helping Surgeons Treat Their Patients Better™.
