Description Tarantino Properties is seeking a Commercial Maintenance Engineer for office buildings in the San Antonio area. The commercial maintenance engineer is responsible for performing a wide range of duties across a variety of trades including plumbing, sheetrock, cleaning, painting, flooring, carpentry, concrete repair, and other related work. Job Summary: Perform preventive maintenance and repair of buildings, equipment, and grounds on a commercial building portfolio throughout the San Antonio area. QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS: High School Diploma or GED, preferably associate's degree or other trade school experience Additional professional certifications are a plus. Minimum 2 years of direct work experience in commercial property maintenance and operations. Must be a professional, dependable, flexible, & accountable individual with effective communication skills, positive attitude, & excels at Tenant relations.
