We’re looking for a Junior Social Creative, a true "maker". You’ll be the engine behind some of the country’s best brands, handling everything from community management and "always-on" content to major campaigns. We need a self-starter who lives in the comments, spots trends, and has the technical skills to turn a phone shot idea into a high performing asset. What You’ll Be Doing: - Lead agile content production, including shooting and editing short form video and stills that stop the scroll. - Proactively identify emerging memes and cultural shifts, translating them into actionable creative ideas before they peak. - Oversee the creative lifecycle of social assets, from initial brainstorms and Google Slides decks to final delivery and posting. - Monitor community sentiment and lead daily interactions with a sharp, human wit that builds relevance and sparks conversation. - Write and edit sharp, witty, and strategically sound copy tailored to different platforms, from gaming and lifestyle to corporate sectors. - Act as a primary social point of contact for clients, presenting creative concepts and managing the feedback loop with professional composure. - Synthesise complex brand pill...
