As an Orthodontic Assistant, you will work directly with the Orthodontist to deliver exceptional patient care. This role requires strong clinical skills, orthodontic knowledge, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced practice. What You’ll Do: Assist the Orthodontist during exams and orthodontic treatments, ensuring patient comfort and efficient clinical flow Prepare and break down operatories, maintain sterilization standards, and support daily clinical operations Perform orthodontic procedures under direct supervision, including: Placing and removing archwires Changing elastics and coil springs: Placing and removing bands and retainers Capture digital scans and assist with the fabrication of orthodontic appliances and retainers Educ...
