Summary: Responsible for care of the organization's maintained grounds. Work will include, but not be limited to, all types of outside property maintenance, snow removal, equipment work, and basic tree trimming. Job Description: May assist with inside maintenance and construction assistance work. Assists with maintenance and repair of sprinkler systems. Assists with parking lot repairs, such as cold patching/asphalt repairs. Assists with assessments on grounds. May assist with minor electrical work. May assist with general maintenance work on various equipment.
