Facility Foreman – Deer Trail, CO Summary: The Facility Foreman will be responsible for overseeing daily operations within the facility while ensuring all Health & Safety, compliance, and operational standards are met. This position will handle all duties associated with the inspections and repairs of the treatment building and tanks at the Deer Trail landfill to keep them functioning within permit requirements. This is a hands-on leadership role responsible for driving safe, efficient operations and supporting team performance on site. Pay & Schedule: - Pay: $38.00 – $45.00 per hour (DOE) - Schedule: Monday – Friday Responsibilities: - Act as a first-line leader overseeing one or more operational departments within the facility - Ensure all inspections, maintenance, and repairs of treatment building and tank systems are completed in accordance with permit requirements - Drive a strong safety culture and ensure compliance with all Clean Harbors policies and procedures - Oversee daily operations including drum handling, tank farm operations, truck loading/unloading, and wastewater treatment processes - Ensure all paperwork, tracking, and data entry are completed accurately and on ti...
