Job Description Summary: The process technician will oversee the shift schedule and assist in running extrusion lines. Essential Duties: Implement production schedule for product specifications such as dimensions, colors, and profile Responsible for starting and shutting down production lines Changes stacks & die’s: Clean die’s: Pull and clean co-extruder screws: Sets and updates all extruder and co-extruder settings Set McGuire settings: Setup embossers: Assure scheduled line maintenance is completed Adjust water bath settings: Conducts advanced troubleshooting: Changes and clean vents:...
