Job Description Talan are seeking a highly skilled Back-Office Business Analyst with proven experience in designing and delivering digital client onboarding portals. This role sits at the intersection of operations, technology, and product, and is critical to enhancing client onboarding journeys through intuitive UI/UX, streamlined workflows, and robust integration with trading systems. You will work closely with stakeholders across Product, UX/UI, Compliance, and Trading teams to define, analyse, and implement scalable onboarding solutions within a fast-paced financial services environment.
