The Foreman is responsible for coordination and control of field labor production to ensure that assigned work is performed in accordance with contract plans and specifications. Monitors the company’s Safety Program. Conducts job-site safety meetings in accordance with existing program. Responsibilities: - Responsible for all employees on the crew. - Ensures crew is properly staffed and that proper standards of workmanship and maximum productivity are maintained. - Coordinates scheduling for material, equipment, subcontractors and manpower through the Project Superintendent /Project Manager. - Ensures work rules are observed.
