**This is a direct‑hire position with our client. The role is open to candidates local to the Houston, TX area. Applicants must be authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.** The Data Analyst partners with business and IT teams to turn data into actionable insights, support reporting and analytics, and advance the organization’s evolution toward AI‑driven decision making. This role focuses on modernizing BI capabilities while maintaining the value of existing reporting and dashboards. Responsibilities: Develop and maintain BI reports and dashboards that support business decision making Partner with business stakeholders to understand key questions and define analytical requirements Translate reporting needs into scalable data and analytics solutions Support the evolution from traditional BI reporting toward AI‑ and chatbot‑driven insights Analyze existing reports and address technical and data quality debt Collaborate with IT, development, and project management teams Proactively identify opportunities to improve reporting, analytics, and data workflows Technical Environment: AWS data services such as Glue, Athena, Redshift, DynamoDB, and S3 BI and visualization tools inc...
