Job description

SUMMARY: The Quality Manager is responsible for ensuring the quality of products and process at a specific location. This position provides work direction for Quality Control Technicians, team leaders and employees, and establishes, monitors and continuously improves the quality control system. This position interacts regularly with engineering, manufacturing and service functions to establish quality standards for raw material, work in process and finished products. The ideal candidate is an organized, analytical, problem-solver with the ability to prioritize and delegate tasks to ensure that daily operations are running effectively and efficiently. This ideal candidate would also be required to work with our teams at the point of operation as needed, as this is a "hands on" manager role.
