As a Regional Technology Support Specialist , you’ll bring experience of working in a modern ITIL-based IT service organisation, providing technical support and experience of managing a complex IT infrastructure. You will have excellent communication skills as well as have technical ability of supporting major outages, Windows 11 and Microsoft Cloud technologies.
