Job Title (Job Code): Maintenance Manager (Services) – IN-ES-01 The Maintenance Manager ensures the safe, reliable, and efficient operation of the fleet and wayside systems by effectively implementing the approved Fleet Management Plan. This role leads the execution of all preventive and corrective maintenance activities for both vehicles and wayside to meet contractual, quality, and safety requirements, delivering clean, available, and dependable trains for passenger service. The Maintenance Manager provides leadership and direction to maintenance staff and supervisory teams, driving performance against key metrics including fleet and wayside reliability, maintainability, safety compliance, and schedule adherence.
