Main areas of responsibility: Identifies risks, analyzes them, elevates to the correct level of management, suggests corrective actions, and verifies closure of open issues; Analyzes and determines any product/process nonconformities to solve customer or Autoliv concerns; Leads Problem Resolution Cross Functional team using the 8D process, or other appropriate methods; Ensures that corrective measures meet company standards and that documentation is compliant with company requirements; Coordinates the disposition and hold of all suspect products from quarantine; Updates Control Plans (pre-production & production) and ensures that quality documentation is always updated; Actively involved and led Zero Defects workshops; Propose Continuous Improvement activities;: Actively involved in PFMEA Go and See and Fix in serial production; Develops, m...
