Job Description: Salad and Go operates a fast-paced Central Kitchen (food production facility) dedicated to delivering high-quality food products to our customers. We are committed to maintaining a safe, efficient, and collaborative work environment. We are seeking an experienced Maintenance Technician II to join our Central Kitchen team. This advanced-level position requires a seasoned technician with expertise in maintaining and repairing complex equipment and systems within a food production facility. In addition to performing preventative maintenance and diagnosing issues, the Maintenance Technician Level 2 will lead troubleshooting efforts, mentor junior team members, and contribute to the development of maintenance processes and standards. Key Responsibilities: Perform advanced maintenance and repairs on facility equipment, including mechanical systems, appliances, electrical systems, plumbing, and other critical components. Develop, implement, and oversee preventive maintenance programs in accordance with manufacturer guidelines and operational requirements.
