Description U.P.PRO is a global supply chain and inventory management company, supporting leading customers through hands-on, data-driven operations. We are currently looking for a Buyer / Planner to join our Ireland team and play a key role in ensuring inventory availability, operational continuity, and strong supplier performance. This role reports directly to the Site Lead and works closely with a collaborative team of 7–8 professionals in a dynamic, customer-facing environment. What you’ll be responsible for: Inventory Management - Align with the customer on required inventory levels and maintain accurate catalog data - Monitor daily inventory status, identify risks of shortages, and provide recovery plans - Optimize inventory levels by collaborating with U.P.PRO’s internal network of buyers and planners - Resolve issues related to warehoused materials and excess inventory - Manage disposition and removal of low-consumption inventory, in line with customer requirements Purchasing & Supply Chain Execution: - Make purchasing decisions and place purchase orders in line with KPIs - Ensure supplier acknowledgment of PO terms and conditions - Manage on-time delivery and resolve issue...
