As a Conversation Designer in our Professional Services team, you will empower and support customers and partners to build exceptional AI-driven conversational experiences. You’ll lead the design of virtual assistants and user journeys, support onboarding and solution delivery, and serve as a subject matter expert in conversational design. This role is essential to ensuring project success and driving customer satisfaction through engaging, natural, and effective dialog flows. How will you make an impact?
