Ambassador Club Director Platte Valley Companies JOB SUMMARY: Leads, promotes, and grows the Ambassador Club by developing and executing strategies focused on recruiting new qualified members, retaining existing members, and strengthening long-term customer relationships. The position plans, initiates, and oversees activities for current and prospective Ambassador Club members, including educational seminars, social events, travel, and community engagement. Supports Ambassador Club efforts at other locations and looks for growth initiatives by attracting new customer relationships, supporting deposit growth, and ensuring the program remains relevant and sustainable for the future. RESPONSIBILITIES: ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: a. Develop and implement an annual Ambassador Club growth plan focused on recruiting new qualified members who meet minimum deposit requirements. b. Actively recruit and prospect new Ambassador Club members through referrals, events, community partnerships, and collaboration with bank staff. c.
