In this fast-paced, team-based environment, you’ll conduct crisis assessments, evaluate safety and risk using tools like the Columbia and Safe-T, and help determine the appropriate level of care, including CSU placement or external referrals. You’ll collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of clinicians, nurses, psychiatrists, and case managers to provide immediate, trauma-informed support to individuals in behavioral health crisis.
