Reefer Peterbilt is a second-generation family-owned medium & heavy-duty truck dealership looking for a Full-Time Service Advisor in Auburn Hills, MI. This individual must be customer-oriented, be a team player, highly organized, and motivated. No prior experience is required; however, it is highly preferred. Responsibilities: - Answer incoming service calls, schedule service appointments, and maintain communication - Welcome customers in a timely, friendly manner and obtain necessary vehicle information - Help identify mechanical problems by carefully listening to customer concerns and doing visual inspections - Open repair order with detailed descriptions of customer concerns on repair orders to familiarize technicians on work to perform - Ensure customer approval on all estimated repairs - Follow up progress of each repair order during the day - Close repair orders to include required documentation and information according to policy/procedure and state laws - Explain all diagnoses, work performed, and any repair order charges to the customer - Establish and maintain good working relationships with customers to encourage...
