Job Title: IT Support Specialist Classification: Specialist: Starting Hourly Rate: $21.49: Location / Department: Xenia / Information Technology Reports to: Systems Manager: Employment Status: Full Time: FLSA Status: Non-Exempt | Bargaining Unit Hours: Full time, 40 hours per week (schedule includes daytime, evening and weekend hours) Job Objective: To promote the mission and values of the Greene County Public Library. To carry out objectives and goals of the strategic plan to better serve the community. To perform a variety of ongoing technical and operational support duties necessary to maintain the library's computer network. To install, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair computers, printers, and other peripherals. To assist staff according to established procedures while maintaining a positive customer service attitude.
