Job description

Summary: The Deal Specialist supports the end‑to‑end execution of AT&T partner deals, shepherding opportunities from pricing and quoting through contracting and order submission to ensure accuracy, timeliness, and a strong partner experience. This role is responsible for managing an assigned queue of AT&T deals, submitting and tracking quotes, contracts, and orders within supplier systems and CRM tools, and providing clear, timely updates to partners and internal teams throughout the deal lifecycle. The Deal Specialist works cross‑functionally with sales, AT&T, and internal operations teams to resolve discrepancies, address issues, and keep deals moving forward within SLA, while communicating complex information in an easy‑to‑understand way.
