Cleveland Brothers, the largest Cat® dealer in Pennsylvania, northern West Virginia and western Maryland, has an immediate opportunity for a Power Systems Used Equipment Sales Manager. Cleveland Brothers Equipment Co., Inc., your local Caterpillar dealership, is looking for a highly motivated self-starter to join our growing team of established and successful sales professionals. Job Summary: The Used Equipment Sales Manager is responsible for driving the profitable growth of used Caterpillar power generation and industrial engine equipment and natural gas compression engines. This includes CAT generator sets, industrial diesel and gas engines, switchgear, ATS systems, and related components. The manager oversees equipment sourcing, trade-in evaluations, reconditioning, exchange engines at the engine rebuild center, marketing, and resale to achieve revenue and margin targets. This role works closely with service operations, product support, rental and CAT dealer networks to deliver high-quality used equipment solutions aligned with Caterpillar standards.
