Job description

The Government Contracting & Pricing Director is responsible for the contracting, calculation, analysis, and reporting of all U.S. government programs. You will ensure 100% compliance with federal and state regulations and make sure that Insulet stays compliant with evolving legislative landscapes. The role will be responsible for the compliance manual and all internal procedures and documentation. This is a high-impact role within the Market Access organization. You will oversee government program administration and serve as a strategic partner to Senior Leadership, Legal, Finance, and Commercial teams. Your expertise will drive operational excellence and innovation in how Insulet navigates the complexities of government pricing and contracts. Key Responsibilities: Regulatory Compliance & Reporting: Lead the calculation and submission of all mandated government pricing metrics (e.g., ASP, AMP, and BP) ensuring strict adherence to federal and state guidelines.
