Residential Services Coordinator/ICMS Case Manager

Job description

Description The Resident Service Coordinator will provide support to staff and coordinate/facilitate program collaboration amongst partner agency, public agencies, property management, and other key partners. The Resident Service Coordinator will also organize and manage internal program operations, included but not limited to monitoring daily functioning of Life skills, Educational and Employment Services provided to all residents enrolled in the project-based sites. The Resident Services Coordinator will deliver services on-site and off-site to residents who reside at multi-unit permanent supportive housing complex. The Resident Services Coordinator will refer residents to services which include but not limited to intensive case management, life skills workshops, money management, educational attainment, access to health services, counseling, job training and placement opportunities and resident activity coordination.
