Consider the relative cost and benefit of potential actions to choose the most appropriate. Evaluate vendor performance and provide feedback to responsible brand managers. Can look at the supply chain from upstream to downstream with both short and long-term planning in mind. Liaise regularly with brand team regarding brand assortment and product line changes.
