About the Role: As BDO Australia’s Asset & Configuration Lead, you will own and uplift our IT Asset Management (ITAM) and Configuration Management practices, ensuring the ServiceNow CMDB is accurate, trusted and relationship‑mapped. This role underpins effective Incident, Change, Problem, Request and Major Incident Management, providing a strong data foundation for operational resilience, risk management and informed decision‑making across the firm.
