Description This is Essential Contractor Services position. Incumbent must be able to work a flexible schedule as deemed necessary for SRC processing on occasion. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: - Ensures Soldiers and civilians have completed every station in the SRC process. - Make sure all persons processing through SRC signs out on the appropriate roster. - Validate Soldiers during the Annual SRC process. - Must have general knowledge of all stations in the Soldier Readiness Center process. - Performs general administrative duties (i.e. answering phones and questions of the customer). - Use discretion when processing Soldiers’ personal information. - Assists fellow staff members in controlling the flow of Soldiers throughout the SRC process, to include processing Soldiers for all personnel stations when necessary.
