Job DetailsJob Location: Mustang Survival - Jacksonville, FL 32218Job Purpose: The Pre-Production Assembly Associate is responsible for preparing and staging materials, components, and subassemblies prior to entering the sewing line. This role ensures all products are accurately kitted, inspected, and aligned with production requirements to support efficient workflow and minimize downtime. The position also provides backup support for component picking and warehouse picking operations, contributing to overall inventory accuracy and production continuity. STRUCTURE: The Pre-Production Assembly Associate reports to the Production Supervisor and works closely with production leads, warehouse staff, and cross-functional teams. They collaborate with co-workers and supervisors to ensure production readiness and uphold company standards. RESPONSIBILITY: 1.
