Job Description: - Prepares, organizes, and maintains accurate, updated information in multiple electronic databases reflecting the entire history of a program participant including log of supportive services issued. - Provides case management with a focus on helping SNAP E&T participants to prepare for employment that leads to self-sufficiency - Manages ongoing caseload and assists job seekers in retaining employment based on their skills, capabilities, and interests. - Manage job seeker progress towards achieving goals by creating and updating plans. - Schedule and conduct workshops, webinars. and other Job Readiness activities designed to prepare SNAP E&T participants for career opportunities. - Coordinate with the Business Services team with online learning activities related to individual employment plans and goals, and monitors progress....
