About the opportunity: We are seeking a hands-on Product Manager to join the Core HR team. This role owns critical platform capabilities that ensure employee data is consistently structured, configured, and compliant across HR, Time, and Pay. You will lead the evolution of Dayforce’s Core HR rules engine, which governs how distributed employee data is transformed into accurate and compliant employee records across the platform.
