The Impact You Will Make: We are seeking an experienced Industrial Hygienist to support the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of occupational health and safety programs across the organisation. The role is critical in identifying, assessing, and controlling workplace health hazards to ensure compliance with occupational health, environmental, and safety legislation. The Industrial Hygienist will lead exposure and risk assessments (chemical, physical, and biological), conduct workplace monitoring and audits, and support incident and health-related investigations. They will provide specialist advice, training, and guidance to employees and leaders, and collaborate closely with cross functional stakeholders to strengthen health protection measures, promote a proactive safety culture, and reduce occupational and operational risk.
